Yes. Kaza has been in development since January 2026 and was tested on real rentals in St. Martin before rollout: bookings, contracts, payments, emails and housekeeping. It’s not a mockup: it has proven itself, and everything has already been fine-tuned.

Yes, as a separate service. We build a complete, modern website for your rentals using the content from your current site, made for Google and for AI assistants like ChatGPT. It starts at €300 for up to 3 rentals, with a quote for more, whether you use Kaza or not.

Yes. Kaza syncs your Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com calendars: platform bookings show up in your calendar, next to your direct bookings, and Kaza shows you what changed when you open it. You keep your listings and your reviews.

In one calendar, rental by rental, with a color for each platform. On your phone, you swipe through the months with your thumb.

Yes. Set your seasons and rates once, and every quote adds up on its own: nights, cleaning, tourist tax and any discount.

Yes, in two taps from the calendar. Blocked dates show up clearly in your calendar.

Yes. They get a link, read and sign from their phone. The signed PDF goes to them and is filed with the booking automatically.

By card, online, with a secure payment link for the deposit and then the balance. You can also record a transfer, cash or a check. Kaza always shows what’s left to collect.

No. The balance request goes out on its own before arrival (30 days by default, your choice), and you’re notified as soon as a payment comes in.
